About

Airline captain. Training executive. Digital aviation educator.

I spent 15 years in airline operations, from the flight line to fleet captain on the CRJ, through to senior executive leadership in simulation and training. Along the way I learned that the aviation industry talks endlessly about type ratings and seniority but rarely about what actually matters: can you earn a decent living, fly a well-maintained aircraft, and still be home enough to watch your kids grow up?

That question drives everything I build. I create digital training tools, host a podcast reaching 40+ countries, and work to prepare the next generation of pilots to lead with structure, clarity, and confidence in an industry where the technology is evolving faster than the regulations that govern it.
